This is an Original
1969 Re-Release Vintage Six Sheet Movie Poster from PETER PAN: The classic 1953
Clyde Geronimi & Wilfred Jackson Walt Disney animated animation cartoon
musical family fantasy adventure melodrama.
Featuring the voices of Bobby Driscoll (in the title role;
billed as “with Bobby Driscoll as the voice of Peter Pan”), Kathryn
Beaumont (as Wendy), Paul Collins, Tommy Luske, and Hans Conried.
Note that
the poster measures 84″ x 84″, not 81″ x 81″. This was
something that Disney was experimenting with at this time, and several titles
were made that size. The experiment was likely abandoned due to complaints by
movie theaters that put the posters into six-sheet frames, and these slightly
oversized posters didn’t fit! Also note that this six-sheet was printed in 4
sections. Finally, note this six-sheet poster was tri-folded only (which means
there is one less vertical machine fold than usual). This means the poster has
a significantly lesser number of folds than with six-sheets folded in the
“regular” way, which is nice.
This Poster is
in EXCELLENT condition with minor fold & edge wear. There are NO pinholes,
tape or restoration.

via Parcel Select through the U.S. Post Office. We use the utmost care in
shipping and this item will be folded put in a protective sleeve and shipped
flat in a custom package.
