After years of research we have developed the perfect pellet burning cold smoker / hot smoker (tested to temps of 275 +)
The heavy gauge 304 stainless steel mesh and it’s unique circular design provide the maximum air flow
to facilitate a quality burn without going out. Our design eliminates the need to pre-dry your pellets.
There is no row hopping with the Smoke Ring Cold Smoker- the 8″circular design provides a continuous burn.
You decide the smoking time, the Smoke Ring Cold Smoker is dual sided. One side provides from 4 to 8 hrs of smoking
and the other side provides 2 to 3 hrs of smoke.
Normally it is for the first 2 to 3 hrs that smoke is applied or when the desired color is reached on your meat.
Easy to light with a propane torch or my favorite, a heat gun.
The Smoke Ring Smoker size is an 8″ circle, 2″ high, and will hold up to one pound of pellets.
It can be lit from any side.
